Following on from our announcement Oct 2023 Morph-Tech Limited has ceased trading on the 31st of December 2023.
Up-to the closure we have endeavoured to help as many clients as possible in the transition to a new system.

Questions
The Core GMax Management system should continue to work, but its expected VAT submissions, will cease to work after 28th February 2024.
How can I have access to the raw GMax data to migrate?
We have a tool which will give your new provider full access to the database to export transaction data which can be downloaded from http://www.morph-tech.net/gmax/install/gde.zip
Can I get support after 31st December 2023
Support will no longer be available as our Offices will be closed from the 31st of December 2023.
What about my VAT submission dates not moving on?
We have a utility to resolve this please download the VAT sync tool from here. http://www.morph-tech.net/gmax/install/vatsync.zip copy extracted file to the local computer desktop and run to sync dates.
Windows Update is looking for a MSI installer
To repair a installation damaged by windows update. Rerun the GMax installation media after taking a full data backup. If you have no access to the installer please download it from http://www.morph-tech.net/gmax/install/setup.exe
How will this impact the legacy Ultra Plus system?
Due to the reliance of activation codes on this legacy software we will issue codes now extending the system access to 31st Dec 2024, However after the 31st of December 2023 no new codes will be available.
Issues with your legacy hardware may cause these codes to be erased at any point, at which time the system will cease to be accessible. We advise you source an alternative system provider as soon as possible.
